Suds Liners

Providing a solution for all of your drainage needs
Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) are quickly becoming a popular choice amongst land developers to provide a suitable water run off system that can reduce the risk of flooding that is associated with traditional drainage systems. Sustainable Urban Drainage systems attempt to mimic nature and often require multiple installations of Geotextiles and Geomembranes, alongside the installation of reeds and other flora to help retain slow surface water run-off.

Geosynthetic Technology has over 40-years experience in the fabrication and installation of Geotextiles and Geomembrane liners, our vast range of experience on numerous projects spanning across 35-countries and 5-continents allows us to complete highly intricate and complex lining projects. Our lining portfolio includes the world’s largest lagoon liner installation, work on both the 2004 Athens Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics with numerous installations of smaller lakes and ponds for golf courses, businesses and private homes.

Our tried and tested process which we have defined through the years

Your chosen contractor will excavate areas required for lining, to the specifications of your project plan, with any gradients that are required.
Once excavated Geosynthetic Technology Ltd will lay, where required, Geotextile under lay to protect the Geomembrane once the SUDS system is in place.
We will recommend the best Geomembrane for every part of your SUDS project, this Geomembrane will then be laid over the protective Geomembrane underlay.
If required, for larger SUD sections, Geomembrane pieces will be welded together by one of our expert engineers.
All joins and welds will undergo testing from a Geosynthetic Technology engineer to ensure their quality and longevity.
