Onwards and Upwards
The start of 2011 sees our return to Worplesdon to finish a 10,000m2 irrigation reservoir geomembrane lining system. The eight-inches of snow in December last year meant it could not be completed then! While geomembrane and geotextile underlay can be laid in wet and cold weather joint welding needs to be completed between dry geomembrane sheets liner to provide a long lasting, resistant join.
Our current order book details new projects yet to be started, in Bury St Edmunds; Faversham; Harwich; Hespin Wood; Hindhead; Kelvedon; Leyburn; Luton; Newmarket; Reigate; South Shields; Stamford; Stanmore; Stowe; Stratford (London); Tilbury; Uckfield; Welshpool and York. With project work including attenuation tank liners, lake relining and a selection of golf lake lining projects. We are looking forward to working on these projects and providing great quality geomembrane lining systems for our Clients.
Substantial on-going geomembrane lining projects for completion in 2011/2012/2013 include our works at Stanlow in Cheshire; Gayton in Norfolk; and Karabatan in Kazakhstan, requiring the world’s longest continual lagoon liner to be fabricated and installed. – so we should be busy!
Considering the general economy as a whole, 2011 should prove to be a satisfactory year...
